"Never again! Went there the first time and didn’t know I needed to fast. The second time I went in and the staff member that the left desk asked if I had my paper work and I was trying to explain and she yelled did they fax it or do you have it! Soo rude she should not work in the healthcare or customer service field! She would do better as well nothing because she is a rude person. She should be treated the same way she treats people!"

"Sad to say, I've usually found it slow and unclean. Once an employee was coughing the whole time I was waiting. 4 employees were sitting around yakking while 5 people were in waiting area. During a blood draw, a nurse(?) left needle dangling in my arm while she answered the phone. Employees seem very angry. Irwin QuikDraw, OTOH, is clean and professional."

"Excellent experience! I've been here twice now and waited less than 5 minutes each time to be seen. I had a very hard time my whole life with blood draws due to small veins (multiple sticks, bruises, blow outs), but these phlebotomists are the best I've ever been to - no issues at all!! Very professional and experienced staff."
