"This place is worse never on time not the drivers fault but the company. The could update website to show if bus is late or not coming. They also never answer the phone. Not a reliable ride at all"
"Possibly the worst company I have ever worked for. Nothing but lies about schedule, "training" is a joke, no over time paid but ON CALL overtime availability is REQUIRED, and now they have stolen 20 hours of pay from me! Their turnover rate is INSANE, the 2 big managers are married so they act like they own the place, just a truelly awful awful place to work for!"
"It's so cheap to ride this bus. Has a bathroom and there are only two drivers on the route I take so you get to know them. Seats are comfortable. Sometimes they are late. I feel bad because there are no backup drivers in case a Driver gets sick, so if anyone out there needs a job, knows how to drive buses and has the proper license, give them a try. I'm talking Buffalo, NY area and outskirts. It also makes courtesy stops and flag pick ups. You gotta love that. The Driver Ken is a great guy. I enjoy our talks. They have TV's, but haven't seen them on yet and music is on sometimes. It's a very comfortable ride."
"Extremely unreliable in their set routes through Jamestown-Dunkirk-Buffalo Area. One week the excuse was a flat tire, the other week the excuse was a broken down bus, saying that they could not control "mechanical malfunctions". Um... It seems like you are not running regular maintenance on these buses. These aren't malfunctions just mechanical neglect that is causing habitual delays. You have people people waiting outside in this cold weather for hours for a bus that may or may not come. It's getting ridiculous."
