"This place is terrible!!! They do not offer any services to the family and their aftercare services are basically nonexistent! We chose this facility because they said they also work with mental health issues, it that is not happening!! They will not contact you . I have called multiple times and they will tell you to leave a message and then NOT CALL YOU BACK. When you finally do reach a real person, they play the blame game and take absolutely no responsibility. I only got taken seriously when I told them I was going to call the police to do a welfare check on my son. Do not waste your time with this facility!!!! Please find a better facility for yourself or your family member. You and those you love deserve better care, more compassion, and complete service because this group TALKS A GREAT GAME, but does not provide the services promised!"

"RCA St Charles is amazing! It felt like such a family. I was cared and accepted in every way. They fed me all day everyday...huge meals and snacks. I socialized in the main room of my cabin and the community buildings. We went outside to wander the pond and to exercise at the gym or socialize in the dining room. You can also choose to isolate and reflect your room. I fell in love with every roommate I had & was sad to leave but continued through IOP and have made really great friendships and connections."
