"My family has been patients of Dr. Robinson for 4 years. I have had 5 eye surgeries & Sjogren's. He is one of the best optometrists I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable & very thorough. He has been able to help control my double vision when the surgeons & ophthalmologists could not. His experience & expertise is a rare find. He has made it possible for my grandson, with severe allergies, to be able to wear contacts without irritation. His advice on our eye care is invaluable. Dr. Robinson's staff is very helpful & friendly. They have advised me on insurance issues, made repairs to my broken glasses in the store (at no cost)& provided free contact lenses when my grandson was out-of-area at college & his Rx expired. The Dr and staff have gone above & beyond for my family on numerous occasions. I highly recommend you give them a try if you are looking for an excellent optometrist with an outstanding staff who truly care about your eyesight. ps-This review was not solicited nor am I being compensated for it. "The doctor is great. His staff sucks. The lab they use produces substandard lenses. I ordered amber tint. When my glasses arrived, my lenses weren't tinted. The woman who orders your glasses said they were tinted 10%. We had discussed 20 or 30. The lab tinted them 5. I told her that I wanted the lenses to be amber. She sent them back. When they came back, no tint. She said that if you hold a piece of white paper behind them, you can see the tint. I asked her what she ordered. She said 10%. If you have to hold a white piece of paper behind them to see the tint, THEY AREN'T TINTED! Why wouldn't you order what the customer wanted and paid for!? I called later and said that I needed to talk to the doctor. No return call. I'd bet that he never got the message."

"We have been coming here for a long time. We have always been happy with them. Until lately they are ride first off and lazy never on time with your scheduled appt. The nurses are on there phone all the time instead of helping patient's. It's ridiculous that you have to wait over a hour to see the doctor. I love doctor hes great with you and he knows hes stuff very well. What makes me upset is the staff is not what it use to be i am very disappointed and will not be coming back!"

"I've been to this office one time before and it was an easy experience. This past June, I ordered new eye glasses. The glasses came in in 4-5 days time as originally stated however, the lens material was different and I couldn't see out of them. The frame person told me my new lenses would be back in 4 -5 days again; they were going to switch to my old material and keep my expensive frames. There was no change in prescription. I called once before 7/4 and they told me to wait until after the Holiday for delivery. I called again the week of 7/4, and they said they were still waiting. A week later, I called again, only to be told my new lenses didn't pass inspection and the factory was cutting a new pair. I called again a week later and was told there was a miscommunication - the company was waiting for my frames to be sent back. It had been cleared up and would only be a matter of a few days. I called yesterday, on August 1st, and still, no glasses. I called the office 3 times because no one called me back with an answer, even though I left 2 messages explaining my issue. Supposedly, the glasses have been shipped and will be in Tuesday (today) or Wednesday. If the glasses aren't delivered, I will be going in on Thursday to have a serious discussion with the staff here. I have already paid and am a teacher - I need my new glasses to the start the school year. I have remained kind and cool this entire experience and I truly am disappointed. I will be switching to my husband's eye doctor next year. I will follow-up on this review on Thursday."
