### About Dr. Walter Artkowsky, D.C.

Dr. Artkowsky has been practicing chiropractic care for 40 years. He began his pre-chiropractic training at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he also contributed to the Athletic Department by assisting in the treatment of injured athletes. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina in 1978. Dr. Artkowsky furthered his studies in Spinal Biomechanics and Engineering at the Pettibon Chiropractic Clinic and Research Center in Washington. Since moving to Carmichaels, PA, in 1986 with his wife Leslie, he has been serving the local community and raising their two daughters.
