"The staff was so amazing. It was my first time donating blood so I was very nervous and they talked to me and made me feel better. Unfortunately I was just too nervous to donate blood. I was on the chair getting ready and the nurse noticed I was shaking so much so she said I shouldn’t do it because she’s a mother first and that I would be sick and passing out all day if I went through with it. I’m really thankful for her and also the guy at the front desk and the other guy who takes your temperature and all that stuff. Super sweet and patient people."

"Two words: FREE COOKIES! Seriously, great place, great staff, clean and friendly. They took me right at my scheduled appointment. They also told me what type of blood they were looking for (whole blood, platelets, etc.) but I NEVER felt pressured to choose any particular type of donation; they were very happy with a donation in any capacity. Highly recommend!"

"This donor based system is so exploitative it’s obscene. Your generous donation fetched them thousands of dollars. You could literally make a living donating platelets regularly but they’re going to deny you that luxury because it’s “better” to be generous. Even their rewards system is petty. And the fact that platelets have been an upper tier export in the USA. This is ridiculous"

"I had a great experience here when I dropped in on a whim while running errands. Everyone was polite and there were no issues or slow downs whatsoever with the process. I was pretty much in and out in about 40 minutes or so and I’m looking forward to donating again."

"a highly reputable donor center. i am always treated with respect. the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. they are friendly, experienced, diligent, safe, kind, gentle, accommodating, grateful, and more. i donate blood fairly frequently and it is always an easy and pleasant process. last night i donated platelets, so i was there for almost 3 hours from entering to leaving. i was given clear instructions, was given 2 snacks and 2 drinks, a blanket, a hot water bottle to squeeze. was thanked numerous times for my donation. zaib was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. they have eased my fear of donating platelets and i would do it again."
