"When my dad came home from the hospital he needed assistance. They sent a "replacement" for one day on Wednesday. They said they would call and let my dad know for the following days. On Thursday, they sent someone out and didn't notify my dad and he had doctor's appointments so, he wasn't home. Then on Friday Right at home was a no call, no show. The aide was suppose to be there at 11. I finally called for my dad about 1 and they said they were waiting on him to call them...like what!! But anyway, she called back later that day and gave dad his "schedule". So cool. Someone would be there Monday at 9am. 9 comes and goes, no call, no show, from Right at home. I finally call about 10:15 and the lady says oh let me check. She comes back and says the aide was in a car accident and was in the hospital. So, why didn't anyone call my dad to let him know???? My dad really likes to support "Black Business " but y'all make it really hard to do so. Communication is everything. Not to mention, they are located about 500 ft if that from my dad's apartment......smgdh!!!!"
