"Love the clothes at Corridor! Austin at the location on Elizabeth street was a join to work with and he has a great sense of style!"
"Great customer experience in this store. The sales assistant was super nice and helpful, making it a great time to explore collections."
"The clothes are gorgeous, and fairly singular although they already have some imitators it seems. Quality is inconsistent. Not sure if it's exclusive to the plaid, but the two plaid shirts I've ordered from them had loose threads. One was to a point I had to send it back. Frayed everywhere. The other is not as bad, but kind of absurd that the quality would be like this given the prices. The two cardigans I've ordered are in much better shape and thank god given the prices of those. I will also say that the two cardigans I've ordered are very high quality. All in all, expect beautiful clothes but be prepared for questionable quality when buying plaid."
"I really enjoyed my experience with this company as a first time shopper. Unfortunately, my package was tampered and when I had received it, it was placed with items I did not order or that were sold with Corridor. I contacted their general customer support email and have not heard back from anyone, I later saw a couple more emails from Dave -who I believe is the founder and runs logistics on Corridor NYC. I was glad that my order was not only replaced on a SOLD OUT item from their site, but it was shipped with expedited shipping. Hope to shop here again soon, and thanks to Dave for making a smooth resolution."
"The lowdown is that they make incredible stuff. I ordered five shirts total in a recent sale, a rainbow dobby that is probably the coolest shirt I own, a wonderfully subtle double cloth shirt, the best fitting sweatshirt I have ever owned, a tan linen short sleeve that was too small for me, and a blue Hawaiian shirt that was never delivered. I researched the brand and knew that some of the cuts were pretty slim, and took that chance. As for the Hawaiian that wasn't delivered, I got an e-mail from them apologizing and explaining that the sale had them a little backed up and that my order could not be fulfilled. They also offered to either refund my money or pick from a list of shirts they had available. All of them were priced way higher than the shirt I purchased. So yeah, cool, right? When I ordered, there were a number of disclaimers that told everyone on the site before they purchased 1) the items on this particular sale were final, no exchanges or refunds, and 2) that there would be delays because of COVID. It was made very clear before I pressed the button to buy, and I had no problem with it. The sale prices were incredible, and they even let me stack a new customer discount on top of it. It's clear this is a smaller shop, but there is a unique quality about what they produce. I feel like they were more than fair and up front about items from this sale and though shipping was delayed, they told me up front it would be. I highly recommend them."
