"Dr O’Donnell is a very caring physician. He takes the time to listen to concerns and treats elderly patients with respect. I’m glad my mother is under his care again, as she was seeing another doctor who treated elderly patients terribly. His office is busy, and sometimes he runs behind. This is because he listens and addresses issues that arise during the appointment. If you prefer a doctor who adheres to the 5 minute per patient rule, and is only a script writer, Dr O’Donnell may not be a good fit. If you want a doctor who respects life, treats patients like gold and takes the time to listen and comfort, then he will be a great match. Christine, his nurse, is also excellent. She takes time to talk to the patients and educate them. Both Dr. O’Donnell and Christine use language that is understandable to all vs medical speak."
