Reviews
"Excellent experience meeting Dr. Able and the employees in the office. After being referred to this facility I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable I was with all staff. Everyone was very friendly and to the point. I will continue to make the “longer” drive just to stick with this office."
"I was so looking forward to this dermatologist. I had little to no wait, the staff was friendly. When Dr.Abell came in she was nice but I had more than just a mole to discuss with her, she was quickly looking at my skin in my torso/chest/back and checking different spots. I could barely get a word in as she was talking to the assistant/nurse. She didn’t ask if I had any questions or concerns she didn’t even give me a chance to talk about my adult acne or anything. I felt like she was rushed and was maybe in my room for less that 8 minutes. They said I could schedule an appointment for a full body scan; why didn’t we just do that today?! I had a mole she said could be removed but she said wait 2-3 months to see if it changed, again why couldn’t we do that today? I left and just felt so upset I waited three months for a couple of minutes and felt like I was a number or specimen not a human. I’m sure she’s nice but I left feeling like this was a complete waste of my time."
"I have been going to this practice for about 30 years...and I highly recommend them. Do I occasionally wait? Yes, and I have probably caused a few patients behind me to wait, too, because you ALWAYS get compassionate and complete attention and care. I have had too many basil cell carcinomas to count, in addition to several squamous cell carcinomas. I am currently under treatment for my 3rd melanoma, fortunately all have been in situ, caught before they spread. And that is entirely due to a wonderful Physician's Assistant in this practice, thank you AMY!!! This office is professional and clean, and the office staff is and courteous and helpful. Check in and check out procedures are simple, as is securing an appointment. All of the Doctors, and their assistants are kind, caring, and so very good at their jobs. I go every 6 months, and could not be more pleased with the care I have received, over many years. Noone ever says the dermatologist is their favorite place to spend an hour or two, but if you need their service, in my opinion, this place is one of the best. And be sure to ask for Amy!!!"
"Very clean office, prompt and professional! Debra is highly informative and experienced. She took the time to answer all of my skin care concerns with detailed explanations. I am thrilled I finally found a dermatologist who actually cares and takes pride in her work."
"Takes Advantage of new clients. Makes you schedule in as many appointments as possible so they can charge you for each visit. The practitioners and the front office (billing and scheduling) do not communicate together whatsoever, it’s like they don’t even work in the same office. I received multiple bills from multiple entities, none of which were ever explained by a single person at this practice during any of my MULTIPLE visits cause they do not care. Avoid avoid avoid! First experience with a specialist and certainly the worst."
