"Steve at Country Club Catering was absolutely phenomenal. We can't say how much we were pleased with his services and his team. You will regret not booking them for your wedding! Before the wedding - We had a LIST of requests on how we envisioned our evening to go, and he made sure that all of those were achieved. He came the day before to the reception hall, set up all linens, place settings, and discussed with us the layout of the room. He provided us with the name of a liquor store that made bringing in our own alcohol VERY easy. At the wedding - We served a buffet and Steve promised to have 160 guests fed in 20 minutes. Almost everyone we told that to before the wedding rolled their eyes and said "Ok." But Steve delivered - all our guests were fed in 20 minutes and my husband and I had our food plated to us. His servers made sure to keep checking in on us to see if we needed anything; we adored all of them. And the food was unbelievable! We got questions for many guests on who did the catering; all of them said it was the best wedding food they ever had. At the end of the night, his staff cleaned the hall very thoroughly.
