"I can’t even begin to explain how awful my experience was. I had a growth on my face under my eye. This doctor came in on a scooter - no big deal. But when the nurse came in with the tank to burn off the growth—she had to pick him up from the scooter and then hand him the tank while balancing him against her. Then he came at my face with the tank and touched the nozzle to my face. My entire right side of my face blew up like a balloon. When the inflammation went down, it was apparent he completely missed the growth-leaving a permanent scar on my face and the growth is still there. I called and requested a different provider and they refused to give me someone else. I also requested they refund my insurance and my copay as this guy completely missed the growth which is what I went there for. They refused. If you have limited control of your limbs, why the heck would you even attempt to perform any kind of service that could maim someone? I should have hightailed it out of that office."

"In the past I've been satisfied with this office. I planned on continuing there. However, today I called to make a regular yearly appointment. I was on hold for one hour and 45 minutes. After that time it was the lunch time and they closed from noon to 1:00. I stayed on hold for a little bit but when I called initially they kept saying your number 12 in the queue etc I will be looking for a new dermatology office!"

"Still waiting for the doctor to call us back… yes the office is closed today but there is a doctor on call. Someone has to see my husbands head… we have called the office twice hoping to see someone but just gave us something else to try, which seems to be making matters worse. Left message for on call dr this morning at 8:30. It’s 1;40 now and no return. Husband has had cancer in this area."

"I have always had very positive experiences here with Dr. Altman and the PAs. Making appointments is easy and they can generally get you in quickly for urgent matters. I rarely have to wait long after arriving to be called back and everyone is very professional. I am very pleased with the care I receive here and have recommended this practice to family &.friends."

"I knew the ratings for this place we bad but I still gave them a chance. After about 1 1-2 hours of waiting I looked up the reviews and realized they we all negative reviews and people were complaining of the wait. My daughter was missing school and I was about to be late for work so I left. I never saw a provider and no provider seemed to be coming to see me anytime soon. If you like long waiting room waits and sitting in the patient room for an hour than this place is perfect for you!"
