"Horrible. Nobody answers the phone...ever!! Even his staff complains he doesn't respond to them about inquiries from patients. Not enough time to tell you how bad he is and his staff just as well. Switching doctors and I never do that. First time in my life and I'm 66. No calls returned, he just ignores everyone. Read the other reviews in this forum as they are all spot on with everything they say about this doctor and his staff."

"Don't even bother with this office. Terrible front office, with non-caring useless assistants. Had to wait for over 2 months for an appmnt. This place was over an hour away from me and an accident on the way made me 15 minutes late. After driving for over an hour and half they refused to see me with a completely empty waiting room, then suggested another appmnt in another 2 months+. This place just wasted 2 months of my life, and a tank of gas. All I needed was 5 min of time with the doc, cause my previous doctor left his practice and I just needed to renew my prescription to maintain my current care plan. Don't bother with this place if you're hoping for a warm and caring environment with people that care about you and your health. Plus now I hear that there are numerous issues other patients have with this place, from the general care they receive from the actual doctors, to being ignored or stalled on prescription refills and paperwork. Just read some of the other reviews. These places deserve to go out of business...too bad they won't cause lack of endocrinologist in the area will maintain a fresh flow of new patients that have no idea how bad this place is. I just wish I bothered to read the reviews before I made and waited for my appmnt. Don't make my mistake...find another office."

"I would not recommend this office. I see Dr. Brackbill which has been a very unpleasant and impersonal experience. I get routine blood work and weeks pass by without him ever reading the results. I have to constantly call into the office to get my results and instead of a phone call, I get an email read to me by a nurse with no explanation of my results or current progress. instead he suggests surgery via email with no clear explanation on why he would think this would be a beneficial treatment. Scheduling an appoint is also very difficult to do with this office. My overall experience with this doctor has been a negative one and I would not recommend him to anyone. I am going to try to give a different doctor in the practice a try and if I have the same experience. I will be going elsewhere."

"I've been calling the office for 5 days now asking them to send a prescription refill for insulin pump supplies and they have yet to send anything. I can't reach anyone on the phone, have left several voicemails and have left a message through the patient portal. Good luck getting through to the office of you don't have 20 minutes to spend on hold."

"Wonderful office! Highly recommend to anyone. I drive over 2 hrs to go there since they are the best! Dr. Barilla and Connie M. are amazing. I am a type 1 diabetic on a insulin pump and they have really gone above and beyond with my care."
