"Exam was as expected, but the upsell trick to make you think you would need progressives was unnecessary. Picked frames and the two week wait wasn't great but I have no idea what is involved there. Went to pick up glasses and there was an issue with damage, but I was assured that new lenses were ordered and when they arrive it would be fixed. Weird that the new ones arrived in half the time. Third trip to the establishment and received glasses in pristine shape. I wanted to get another pair but the price was far higher than anticipated. Honestly I was hoping for some form of reimbursement for my time and trouble but I did not push the issue. Three stars seems fair but Eyeglass World got 4 stars and was significantly faster."
