"There were literally homeless people sleeping in the parking lot and outside the building asking for water and treatment yelling I’m the devil I’m the devil with a Bible in his hand. I went there for a drug test 3 times Friday they told me no that they were busy at 1pm Monday they dumped my pee out and told my employer I failed to take the test. I told my employer everything and my employer sent me to another facility. I had no problem taking the test at the other facility and I ended up passing and getting the job they were so helpful. It sounds like a Business strategy doesn’t it drug test for employment and treating the homeless. If it was up to them I would be jobless and homeless. These people acted so rude and in my opinion You guys are horrible people absolute trash!!! I’m lucky I didn’t get robbed or stabbed by the homeless people on my way out!!!"
"If it was possible to give this facility a "0" I would. On May 30th at 2:30, my husband went to get a random drug screen. He's on a medication for which makes it hard to urinate. He filled cup partilialy full The girl took it and over filled one container and then the other conditioner didn't have enough, so she dumped it and told him that he would have to go again . He drank multiple cups of water. He wasn't able to go. They told him that they were going to be there until 5:00. So he came back to the car and drank another bottle. When he went back in, they told him they finished his drug screen as a refusal. He did tell them when he first went in that he's on a medication. So it's sometimes difficult. Then they told him that they told him that if he left the building that it would be a refusal. This is an absolute LIE. This had been put on his driving record as a CDL A. This has also hurt the company he works for. This also cost him a week worth of work. He also had to take a 4 hour session online also $345.00 for a packet to read. You have no idea what you have done to him. He's been so upset with this ordeal. You have no clue. Your company is full of lier's. Very rude and inconsiderate. Again you have no clue. Worthless employees!!!!!!!!!"
"Called in because I need counseling. I explained to the girl on the phone that I wanted a counselor and I'd been there before, but it's been so long that I'd probably need a new patient intake. She said hold on a minute. Then the phone starts ringing, never even knew I was being transferred. Then some generic answering machine picks it up and I leave a message explaining what I told her and my name and number. Almost a week later and still nothing. Good thing I'm not feeling suicidal. Guess I will be going elsewhere for my counseling needs. It makes me sad to see this because I used to really believe in Cedar Ridge and would recommend people to go there to get care. Not anymore though."
"Don't waist your time, girl at the front desk knew I didn't have an appointment and will not inform you that you need one for a DOT physical, she never mentioned it once, checked me in and I sat around waiting for about an hour just for the girl upstairs to say we can't do it today without an appointment, this place must be state funded by all the laziness and incompetence. Whoever the girl is at the front desk hope you enjoyed your chipotle lunch why you guys waisted my time."
"If I was able to give this facility 0 stars I would. I was a client here from 2020-2023. This facility did not help me and I was transfered from therapist to therapist because the ones they hire are so careless and uncompassionate. In family therapy me and my siblings wherent even involved for months. Then when I got into individual therapy. I bounced between therapists. When they ran out I was left with an elder woman who would talk over me during me sessions, cut me off, and would talk more about herself. I delt with years of abuse and this facility silenced my voice like every other adult in my life for the facade my abusers played. Horrible staff. Horrible years. The facility itself is very clean and the recreational therapy sessions are enjoyable. Staff is horrible and self centered (except for one or two of them)."
