"I've had the pleasure of dining at Nami Japanese Cuisine for over a year now, and I can confidently say that the food never disappoints! Each visit is a delightful experience, thanks to the incredible chefs who craft the sushi rolls with care—some right in the back and others right at the sushi bar, providing a unique touch to every dish. The staff at Nami Japanese Cuisine has always been friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is stellar and memorable. Their attentiveness makes you feel valued and greatly enhances the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. One of the charming aspects of Nami Japanese Cuisine is its thoughtful decor. From playful stickers for kids to more serious, elegant paintings, the ambiance is inviting and adds to the enjoyment of the meal. You absolutely must try the Miso Soup, sushi, nigiri, and sashimi. Each dish is crafted to perfection, and I guarantee you won’t leave disappointed! To complete the circle of taste buds, don’t forget to pair your meal with a bottle of Orion beer—it truly elevates the experience. Nami Japanese Cuisine is a hidden gem that continues to impress with its delicious offerings and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"
"This place used to be AMAZING. Now, they raised prices and lowered the portion size. We ordered the beef Bulgolgi at 22.95 and got 4 ounces of sirloin beef. We also told our waitress I had a mushroom allergy. However, I, the one in our party that is allergic, got a mushroom piece and partially ingested it. While I was taking meds to avoid heading to the hospital, the waitress said, "Well, it's all cooked on the same grill, and we can only try to avoid you getting it. Are you having problems from such a small piece of mushroom?" Hello, mushroom allergy! What do you think is going to happen? The restaurant was over 81° inside, and the waitress said it was because the hood vent sucks all the cold air out. Then block off the kitchen from the dining room. Also, the prices on their own personal website say one price, but they charge a different price for dine in. After ALL of these problems and one person being sick, they still had the audacity to charge us full price for the meal."
"Great Mother’s Day lunch with my daughter. Food was very tasty and beautiful little spot to eat . A must try."
"Nami’s sushi is a weekly staple for us. The rolls are always fresh, very well made, and creative. Sun — the owner and head sushi chef — is a delight and very warm. She can help guide you if you’re unsure of what to get and provides great weekly specials in addition to the regular menu. Sip on the unfiltered, cold, cloudy saki as you enjoy your rolls. You won’t be disappointed."
"First time coming here expecting good fast sushi. But instead waited over an hour for 3 sushi rolls and an appetizer which costed $56 plus tax. I don’t recommend it. Place wasn’t packed so no reason to wait that long for take out. Sauce had spilled all over my tempura ….."
