Vera Bradley Outlet 2200 Tanger Boulevard, Washington, PA 15301

"A friend and I visited this outlet shop last week. We were greeted by the manager at the door, a pleasant and engaging person. She took the time to get a bit of our reason for our visit, and was kind enough to offer me a birthday coupon when I told her I hadn't gotten mine in the mail. (As it turned out for some reason I was no longer in the system and she re enrolled me later.) We did our shopping (I was spending birthday money, my friend had a birthday coupon) and went to check out. The manager herself checked us out, and surprised both of us with a free umbrella! with the design and color based on our purchases. I have seldom been more surprised or pleased with a store's manager or customer service. I 100% recommend you shop there. In case you think we got special treatment because we are "notables", we are VERY senior citizens, and just ordinary people"

"Salespeople very helpful in a busy store. Much to choose from. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because you can never find the prices on the items you want to buy. They put signs on display so you see what you will save, but you can't find what the regular price is to see what you are saving."

"I traditionally shop at the mall when purchasing a Vera Bradley product. However, when I saw items were 40% to 80% off it was worth a look. The employees were friendly with no hassle to purchase, which is always great. I felt I could look through and investigate whatever I chose to purchase without any problem. I was effectively able to navigate the sale and understand what was whatever percentage off. However, the organization and need to read thoroughly can be a major problem for some customers. Although my experience was great this review is moreso for the overall store."

"This was my first time in this store, and at first the two ladies working there were nice and helpful. I got what I needed and checked out. This was during their 50% off sale with an additional 30% off on top of that. Now never shopping at this store before, I thought it was a total of 80% off. When I check out and looked at my receipt I was confused on why the things I got weren’t coming out to 80% off. I walked back in and nicely asked if they could explain to me why they weren’t coming out to 80% off. The lady who checked me out decided to snap at me and say in a very rude tone “it’s not 80% off, its 50% off then 30% off of the remaining price.” She then continued to say “it’s deceptive marketing.” I personally believe a company should be more open instead of trying to deceive their customers like this. I was so upset that I just grabbed my things and walked out. I unfortunately didn’t get her name only an employee number off of my receipt, but she looked like a manager. There were plenty of ways she could have said that without being nasty to me. I don’t think I’ll be going back to that store if that’s how they treat their customers who have questions."
