"Bad communication. They were constantly busy. They seem to care more about quantity over quality. I was left in the dark multiple times on next steps. I had to keep calling to figure out what I needed to do. Overall, I don’t want to give thousands of dollars to someone who is not thorough, especially with something as important as family planning. Update 7/3/24: Come on Aspire…I need my files to be sent over to my new doctor. Why are you not sending them? Again I am having to call and call for a simple task of releasing my data. SMH"

"BEWARE - DO NOT GO HERE. They are are crooks. My wife and I went against our better judgement based on the reviews. We went in for a consultation which was covered by our insurance, we did no labs, no tests, nothing other than chat for 30 minutes. We decided not to go with their services as it wasn’t covered outside of the consultation. We then went to the “billing department” was assured that our chat was covered by our insurance and a $75 copay. We paid it. We even made the joke about not getting a surprise bill right?!? Which the front desk lady said “no maam, you won’t be getting any surprise bills”. Not even 3 weeks later we get a $500 bill for “New Patient Moderate Chat”. Showing we received a discount and the $75 credit. Owing $270. We called the billing company who is run by PRELUDE, they are amazing. They said “you don’t need to pay, Aspire needs to submit this to insurance call back in 2 weeks to verify it’s been taken care of.” It’s now been a month, I just got off with billing again who expressed their frustration saying ASPIRE is not answering their requests to bill to insurance but instead insisting on sending us to collections. Their own billing team now I escalating it with their management and going against ASPIRE. DO NOT USE THEM! They lie and they will rip you off and ruin any excitement you have about progressing your family as LGBT."

"Cheryl along with all of the staff we interacted with at Aspire provided excellent service. This was our first fertility appointment which was overwhelming to say the least. We didn’t know what to expect. We felt genuinely cared for and were treated with such kindness. She took her time to answer our plethora of questions and walked us through each option in great detail. I feel so much better about going through this journey knowing that I have an excellent team to guide us through it. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!"
