Reviews
"My Grandfather is a veteran. He passed away in 2009. His memorial plaque from the VA was mistakenly sent to his widow’s house instead of to my father. She said she couldn’t afford the installation fee so it sat at her house for years. Finally, we were able to get it back, and we brought it to be installed. We paid for the installation fee and to have the back of the heads stone ground down in order to attach it. It was winter when we dropped it off, they said it should be done by Memorial Day that year. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST THREE YEARS and it is still not on. My grandfather has gone unnoticed and unrecognized for a total of TEN Memorial Days as well as TEN Veteran’s Days because of his widow and this company."
