"Horrible experience. I was referred here by my obgyn for a freckle on my breast that popped up out of now where and grew quickly. The derm and her nurse both were rude. I came in and showed them some other freckles that also had grown rapidly in a short amount of time. She refused to take a sample and have them sent out to be checked. Eventually with me telling her im very concerned about certain ones and her making me feel really stupid for my concerns she says okay ill take one off. I said please can we just do this other one also. She reluctantly said yes, but then after she numbs it she says okay well im going to cut out a large portion similar to your prior one (one that previously had to be cut out at a diff derm bc after they took they small sample of just the freckle it came back precancerous so they had to take a larger chunk surrounding it out) i said no i just want the freckles themselves checked if they come back irregular ill come get them removed. She said no youre concerned you have precancerous cells right? so im going to take out a larger chunk. Mind you at this moment i started to become very ill from a medicine i had taken that morning so i couldn’t properly advocate for myself. I asked her not to do that but didnt fully push for her to only remove the freckles themselves and not surrounding skin bc i was feeling so sick. So now she just added two huge scars to the same arm for no reason other than to be mean to me because i advocated for a concern of my health. She acted and communicated with me like a highschool mean girl, definitely a bully. Im so upset and have been crying because i may have gotten those scars for no reason. If they came back precancerous i have no issues cutting more out its the fact she did it out of spite without knowing if it even needed done. Im so sad about what she did to me today."
