"Coffee, tea, and food were all good. Excellent WiFi - I was able to work for a few hours. But no restrooms!!! They told me to go to the Greyhound station across the street - where the stalls lack toilet paper, the sinks are clogged, and there are signs explicitly saying ticket holders only. Get yourselves a restroom, Starbucks - how is it even legal to operate without one?"
"The Liberty Center, Pittsburgh store is not available for orders via the app: it shows closed when it’s open. Hence, pricing is higher at this store than other Starbucks and they don't give or accept loyalty points. The people who work there are very nice, but they can't or won't take gift cards. In my opinion if it says Starbucks, it should be Starbucks, it’s a franchise chain after all."
"Gave me regular milk instead of non-dairy. As someone who is lactose intolerant I only have to deal with stomach pain and nausea, if someone were allergic this could have serious consequences."
"I got off the train and needed a place to wait for three hours for my ride to pick me up. There were homeless everywhere and a bit sketchy area, it was also freezing cold and I was not dressed suitably for the weather. So I bought a very mediocre sandwich at this Starbucks with a mediocre brownie and waited there and used their outlet to charge my phone. No one bothered me, homeless stayed out and I was warm till my ride came."
"The Liberty Center, Pittsburgh store is run by people who care more about making a much higher profit than their customers. Pricing is higher at this store than other Starbucks. They don't give or accept loyalty points. The people who work there are very nice, but the management doesn't care about the customers. They ran all of the other coffee shops out of the building so now they have a captive audience and they are going to soak their customers for every Penney. Today, three days after the holiday ended, they can't or won't take gift cards. That's it. After that I will do without coffee before I personally purchase anything in a Starbucks store."
