"I would not recommend this place for anyone, honest opinion the place needs to shutdown. I did a walk through on a weekend. While walking to the building, there were 3 nurses outside smoking. As soon as I walked into the building, it smelled like urine and feces. I walked to the nurse station and there was nobody at the nurse station. The phone was ringing also multiple call lights going off. As I was walking down the hall a CNA was on her cell phone in a residence room. A CNA was yelling at another resident in the living room about the remote control for the TV. In my time there, I seen nurses being disrespectful to residents and to a CNA that I seen the only one working. This nursing home needs to do better. You have to cherish your CNAs, they should be top tier. The CNA's are the backbone to the health field. In my visit there, I want to know why these RNs and LPN's are so comfortable enough to disrespect and verbally abuse staff and residents. WHY ??? My reason for visiting is I was looking for 2 particular CNA's that worked the weekend that were very pleasant very helpful and so kind on my first visit that sadly, they no longer work there. In my opinion, I'm sure they left because of the disrespect that was coming from the nurses."

"Staff is competent and caring. The LPN and RN staff are excellent. They always keep me well informed. The therapy department is professional and pleasant to talk with. They keep my loved one engaged and moving. The business manager is accessible and knowledgeable of insurances. The Administrator is visible and compassionate to my loved ones needs."

"Clepper is a dangerous place to work at. From nurses yelling at residents & choosing not to file incident reports when a resident gets injured. Staff sweeps it under the rug. The administrative and D.o.n choose whom they want to enforce handbook policy while sweeping neglect & abuse under the rug and keeping those staff employed Administrative will call you out for not picking up extra shifts when the facility is short staffed. They alter your punch in & punch out times because they do not want to pay extra which is legally against the labor law regulations. Bonuses for picking up shifts are not given accurately. Alot of staff chose to leave who deeply care for what they do due to the negative enviroment. I'm not sure how cleppers is still open from all the drama unprofessionalism and neglect and abuse that goes on in that facility!!! I wouldn't allow my pets to be cared for by this place!"
