"I have encountered the same female clerk several times. Today, I asked her if she could please tell me where the fitting rooms are. She stated in a snide voice,”Over there.” She did not specify the location so the information was useless. Taken aback by her tone, I responded, “Over there could mean anywhere. Some people are just not meant to be in customer service.” This had taken place on December 6, 2023, at around 3:50 p.m. There were prior occasions where her tone was often short during other shopping experiences. If you do not want to work there, then there are always options in life. Do your job. Customer service is to serve the customer."
"Fantastic store with a lot to see through the store. The majority of sports is covered for equipment. I was very surprised with the new location on how big it was and the number of products. They had a lot of nice things, but they did not have my size in shirts, and the prices were on the high end. Some departments had more than others, just depended on sport."
