"From the moment we walked in the door at 9:20 PM, my husband was cared for immediately as they realized he was in great distress ER staff worked caringly and quickly to ease his pain. Surgery was performed at midnight by Dr. Zemis. ICU Nurses and staff are amazing. Our stay here is not over, but I am confident the level of care and concern will be of equally excellent quality. I just can’t express enough appreciation for Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital. Thank you!"

"My medical history was falsified during a 3 week hospitalization.When I received a copy of my medical records I contacted the hospital to let them know my medical history on my medical records was falsified that none of my treating physicians were contacted. I asked where they received the information that I needed to contact whoever and make a correction. I never received a answer .I have requested a amendment on this false history which has already caused wrong delayed medical treatment. I received a response saying the information was accurate I gave the hospital the doctors names and contact information the doctors who were involved in my history for years the doctors that wrote my history.My request to amend was denied saying this false medical history was accurate.How can they denied false MEDICAL HISTORY on my medical records saying it was accurate when they had nothing to do with my history.Going forward I was treated off the false information on my medical records the information was given to every hospital facility and provider.causing wrong delayed medical treatment. I will straighten out this mess that was made by Union Hospital their refusal to correct harmful wrong health information should tell everyone what this hospital really cares about it’s not their patients health."

"I got a dirty room at first I didn’t notice all I saw was some sort of stain on my sheet I waited for nut nurse Taylor he was so nice he got me sheets those were also stained so he grabbed a 3rd pair and even sanitized the bed for me. He was super helpful. I didn’t notice the food and trash until Taylor walked around to do my vitals honestly if he wasn’t so nice and reassuring I probably would’ve complained but he was so kind pls do better a clean space to get medical attention is a must i was in the ER room 11 at 10 pm"

"I have always looked up to this facility and it's top performance. Today was a joke. I'm pretty certain a veterinary office would have shown better care. The Doctor was rude and very uncaring. I'm just very disappointed. The nurse in my room with myself and the doctor was outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. However the nurse who took my vitals was not friendly at all. The Doctor was just uncaring and unkind. This hospital was better before CC took over."

"I had a very good experience at Cleveland clinic Union hospital ER. Most staff was kind-wait is longer when understaffed. No fault of staff working - doing the best they can. I want to acknowledge one person that was just above and beyond. Ryan Oliver CNP. He listened, was thorough in examination and ensuring that he was getting me the proper care. Even made a personal follow-up call to see how I was doing. Thank you Ryan-don’t ever stop your “care”. The world needs more people like you. You can tell this gentleman truly does this job with his heart and wants to help. I hope you will see this Ryan. You are appreciated. And you deserve to hear good things-Brandy C."
