She took me very seriously, really put the puzzle pieces together to offer suggestions, testing, and treatment options based off what she thought it was while waiting for some test results. She is very respectful, and I appreciated her bedside manner as well!"

"Getting in contact with this place requires a human sacrifice or something. It's impossible. New patients have to make an account and wait 3 days for them to call. Existing patients are allowed to call, but their automated message just says they refuse to answer during business hours. You have to leave a novel of a message in hopes that they'll call you back sometime that day. After business hours, it just says they are closed and leave a message. Then promptly hangs up on you. Haven't even made it to an appointment yet. I'm just trying to figure out if this is even the right place. My referral has a different Doctor, location, and business name. But the phone number directs me to this headache of a place. At this point, I'm starting to wonder if figuring out my sleep health is even worth it. Getting into a sleep study is turning out to be more exhausting than my sleep issues."

"****UPDATE: The staff and the practitioner that worked with me was great. Everyone was very nice and I felt the doctor really listened to me. I can see the passion she has for this field and it made me feel even more comfortable that she was genuinely concerned and came up with an amazing treatment plan. I never realized how much my asthma would affect my life and career after meeting with Practitioner Diaz, I see now how importance it is to have someone like her on my side. I still left 1 star off because the new patient thing is weird, but the staff and the practice was overall great and will be going back. ****ORIGINAL REVIEW: Never heard of new patients having to make a portal first, then WAIT for almost 3-4 days (72hrs) for someone to reach you to book an appointment. This is very inconvenient for the patient, poor customer service, And 100% NOT new patient friendly for people interested in coming to this facility. When people call they expect to speak with an actual person so that questions can be asked before booking. The phone line doesn’t even have the option for new patients to speak with someone about their questions before booking. There is a couple of other red flags, but I think I’ll stop here with the info. Haven’t even met or seen the doctor and staff yet and I’m already put off. Very disappointing to say the least."

"I have had the worse experience with this office. The office admin Nadia is a very unprofessional and rude person. She submitted my PA wrong in May and when it was bought to her attention she was very disrespectful. She submitted it wrong again. So I have missed two months of my medication. I went to complain at the Doctor's office and the doctor's would not come out to talk to me. Very disrespectful, unprofessional. I will not trust my health in the hands of this practice. One star is too much. This office receives zero stars."

"I have been treating with Dr. Omais for a number of years now. He is thorough, knowledgeable, patient and easy to understand. He shows sincere care and concern for his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone in my family or to my friends. His staff is wonderful."
