MedExpress Urgent Care

"I have always had a good experience at MedExpress. This time I once again came in with a severe case of ivy poison and once again the attending doctor prescribed the medication I needed. Dr. Hove was friendly, professional and on time. MedExpress is so nice to have close by for urgent care, as usually it is hard to get into your family doctor in short notice. Also, the receptionist who signs you in was very pleasant and friendly as well. I trust coming to MedExpress with any urgent medical needs."

"Saturday July 13th so much for "express"; My girlfriend arrived at 10:30am, was told there would be a three hour wait. She asked if she could leave and come back, was told "yes, that's fine." We come back two hours later after shopping and now the wait would be four MORE hours!!! So at 10:30 there is a three hour wait, we leave for two hours and there is an additional four hour wait when we come back? I guess it's our bad for thinking they would pencil her in for 1:30pm rather than skipping her because she didn't sit in their waiting room for three hours. Suffice to say, she got her money back (they made her pay before even seeing her) and we didn't stay the additional four hours."

"Veterans Affairs (VA) scheduled blood draw with them, as they claim to be VA friendly. Appointment was scheduled for 9am. Showed up at 8:45 and they had a folder with all of my information - it was a completely empty waiting room. Waited almost an hour and asked the receptionist what was taking so long - I had my 3 year old with me and wasn't expecting to have to wait over an hour for an appointment with MedEXPRESS for a blood draw. I didn't have to see a doctor, just a blood draw with an empty waiting room. The receptionist then responded with her sassy attitude "with don't do appointments". Obviously, I was not pleased with that response, as the VA scheduled with them and they had a folder pre-ready for me..... Nonetheless, I told them I would go to the hospital to get it drawn as it would be much quicker, and they said "okay, make sure to change the order"........ Thank you MedExpress for the express service"

"This is a great place to go! Everyone treats you good and they really do care about you. I would like to thank all the staff and doctors. It's been my pleasure thanks and keep up all the great work you do. ( It's all about caring and treating people like they are someone)"

"This place is terrible, got here at 10:08. Waited over 2 in a half hours. Asked how much longer, the nurse just said your next, she kept doing it. If you need to be seen go to the ER. This shouldn't even be a 1 star. -3 stars. And they track your wait time when you go back into the room. This place is so unprofessional. You might even get better treatment at your best friend house."
