"I shattered my left tibial plateau. On October 6 I needed to have surgery to correct the fracture, which included a plate and pins and THREE MONTHS of non-weightbearing activity, which means sitting on the couch for three months. This represents the most unhealthy experience of my entire life! There was a communication issue and I was never told to start physical therapy. Imagine my surprise when the surgeon tells me on November 22 that I will need to undergo knee manipulation surgery. I did not want to do that and I am so thankful I found Ryan! He was able to manipulate my knee so that I recovered my knee rotation flexibility close to where I was prior to the break. This, by itself, was worth the cost of physical therapy.
