"absolutely horrible. made an appointment for a saturday at 720a. waited for an hour and wasn’t seen so I asked for my forms and had them delete my information from their computer and left. he overbooks and makes patients wait. absolutely ridiculous. i’ve waited in doctor’s offices before to be seen but never a freaking hour. the poor medical staff has to man the back and the front. just hire a freaking office assistant! also cash-only copay. who does this? is this even legal? never ever again."

"Dr.Yu is nice . Really terrible experience with his front desk. Very very rude manner ever. However I had been kept waiting for more than 2 to 3 hours every time. I still waiting patiently. This time I see and heard , because the elder reception put me back on purpose. I respected her , but she didn’t deserve. Such a evil! The front reception is helpless, horrible rude , you would never experience this in any other place in the U.S! ! !"
