"Employee added $20 of cleaning products that she implied were included with the purchase. After we left the store we realized we were overcharged because of the garbage she added to our total without consent. Then we returned everything and they INSISTED they needed my email. Now I'm signed up for their trash newsletter. This place had horrible employees and I do not recommend shopping here. Ever. And NOW they're using my email that they stole and didn't have permission to use to spam my email. This company is HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!!"

"This place is legit. I went shopping for my sister and mom for Mother's Day and the staff - a couple of ladies in particular, I wish I had gotten their names - were extremely helpful! I had never heard of this place and almost walked by it, but I'm glad I did a double take when I saw all the shoes in there! Definitely hit up this store when you're in the EWM. I'm not sure how the other shoe stores are surviving with this place in there!"

"I tried this location again after being dissatisfied with service. It was a complete 180 this time around, I was in and out of the store within minutes of making my decision on my shoes. Staff was way friendlier too. Glad I gave this place another shot."

"Rudest staff. I was ignored by all the workers for about 15 minutes so I left. Came back and literally had to interrupt a group of employees talking to see if they had a shoe in my size. He just left, didn't say anything. Almost 10 minutes later a guy comes out of the back room and hands the display back to the guy helping me. No communication or manners at all. I just ordered my airmax online on Nike and it was $60 cheaper. I'll never shop here again."

"I was in a few times to look at shoes I was only greeted by one employee and his name was Jayden, he was super cool and helped me find alternatives since they did not carry my shoe in store. Sad to hear from other employees that he was “Let Go” I’ve witnessed the store Manager talk down on employees in front of customers, if JD wants me to continue shopping there I think there needs to be a change in the Store Management. The only reason it’s a 5 star review is because the employee who helped me went above and beyond to meet my needs"
