"The only saving grace was the nurse, Jessica Merito and the other medical staff. They were kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. Other than that, this place was awful. There is no waiting area. No one calls you to tell you the status of your patient/loved one, and no one speaks to you about discharge Instructions or anything else. You are not permitted to go back with your loved one even for discharge. That means you don’t get to speak to anyone in person at all for aftercare. You’re handed a plastic bag with belongings and sent on your way. I didn’t even get a call to advise me that they were bringing the patient out to the car. I simply got a knock on my window with the patient sitting in a wheelchair. Thank God we had a great doctor and nurse who performed the procedure….Under Anesthesia for over four hours with no contact whatsoever. To say this was stressful is an understatement. I only gave it one star because of the medical staff behind the scenes who my wife said were great, otherwise it would’ve gotten zero. This review has NOTHING to do with the Surgeon or his nurse…they were/are AMAZING!! Under the circumstances of someone you care about in surgery for over four hours, a little bit of courtesy to those waiting would be nice."

"Dr. KAUFMAN and his team are wonderful! They take great care of me during office visits and surgical procedures. They are compassionate and really seem to care. Thank you for remembering to make the care of your patients your top priority. Unfortunately, this ethic is seen less and less in healthcare. Keep up the great work!"

"Very professional and caring staff. Helped me feel comfortable about surgery. Please take a look at your standard text prior to procedure. It states “to have an adult with you to accompany you home.” Then when you get there your driver is informed he/she cannot come in. Please correct this for this location. It creates misunderstanding during check in. The procedure is you come in alone, give driver’s information to receptionist, and they are called when it’s time to get you. I don’t think receptionist is aware of what text says."
