The worst part of this practice is that Dr mir outsources his reminders and most of his phone calls to India or some other places that you can't understand and they call and text constantly. "I have had 2 visits so far, one with Dr Mir in the Hagerstown office and then a follow up with Shannon Martin at Cumberland. I feel like the info between the 2 providers was not communicated well , as there were many errors in the info that the nurse was reviewing with me prior to Shannon coming into the room for the visit. Maybe it was an error in the provider's documentation, as there was a scribe assisting Dr. Mir during my first visit. I am still not fully confident about the treatment plan that Dr Mir has me on, due to lack of information regarding test results, side effects, etc . However , Shannon did explain things a bit more during yesterday's visit and I look forward to seeing her again during my next follow up in a few months. I also was taken back early and didn't have a long wait for the provider at the Cumberland office."
