"I’ve been waiting on results for two spots that were removed May 11th. Received a call and called back within 5 minutes April the front desk lady was extremely rude immediately said they are on lunch and offered no assistance. I tried to explain I’m working and don’t want to play phone tag all day. Absolutely over the results taking so long and the rude service when calling in. Stacy herself is amazing but the lady answering the phone could use some work."

"Terrible billing practices. My wife had an initial consultation here and subsequently scheduled an appointment for surgery. Just before her surgery they cancelled her appointment (things happen people get sick that's understandable) but they didn't offer to reschedule instead they put her on a wait list. Well, people have lives and she ended up having to get services at another doctor and paying again for an "initial consultation" and a surgery. I called Ohio Valley several times trying to have the balance dropped because we would have to pay twice for an initial consultation due to them cancelling the appointment. Initially they said no then I explained the services they offered were not completed and the initial consultation while yes, she did receive, was tied to and came with the expectation of a secondary surgery that was not received therefore, the total of the services were not received. They finally agreed to drop the balance (we weren't even asking them to refund the insurance they billed, I'll be contacting them next). a few months go by and we think everything is fine and we get a collection letter in the mail! I call again new person on the phone acknowledges the previous conversations (which took place with someone who no longer works there) and even states she doesn't know why this still got sent to collections but she would look into it and call back. 3 weeks go by I talk to the same person after calling because she didn't call back as promised, and it's like I'm speaking to a different personality. She states there are no notes showing the balance was supposed to be dropped, the billing manager would only offer a discount (the first time I ever heard that btw), but she could get a note to the billing manager to call me back. Meanwhile our credit is now involved because of 59 bucks. In the past with medical bills we'd just pay it, but this is wrong, dishonorable, and terrible customer service, which is increasingly common in the medical industry. We're getting tired of being treated like a wallet rather than a person. After months of false hope, lying, multiple calls, and broken promises, I'm absolutely disgusted."

"I had Dr. Stacy Brandt. She was awesome, so was her staff! I would, and did highly recommend them to friends and family. I was literally in the office for 10 minutes. Had my procedures done and was on my way. Prompt, efficient, and effective. No sitting in reception, then sitting in a room waiting. In the building for 10 minutes!!
