"Well, I did not see these reviews before scheduling an appointment but it seems like everyone’s gone and dealt with the same issues; she just doesn’t listen. Had my first appointment with her yesterday, staff were amazing but took them about 10 minutes to look at the chart and call me up for new patient paperwork.. that was fine. Whatever. I finally go back (10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time) and of course, we’re talking about my migraines but nothing about where my pain is, how my diet, lifestyle is, nothing about how often I’m having them but what was highlighted was what I use to treat them; MJ. (I’ve been struggling for 10 years, have tried numerous meds and wanted updated options) She tells me that it doesn’t actually * help and that if I make “lifestyle and diet” changes I’ll notice differences.. yet she didn’t ask about either. Seems like she simply put her personal views into her practice and with me majoring in medicine, we both know that’s not quite how to provide. Definitely unheard and would not recommend this practice. I have no clue how the other neurologist handles things but maybe they’re worth a try. Side note: after our 5 minute conversation, she took my pulse (the tech didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing in the beginning) and it was rapid.. like it should be after another provider ignores the big issue.. and said it was anxiety. No, I needed to get out of your office. The other reviews are patients although she’ll write a comment under it saying “hasn’t been a patient here” instead of doing better as a PROVIDER- you know everyone uses aliases. Thanks for listening!"
"This isn't even my doctor. I called them on accident and she had an attitude. Glad I don't come here."
"I will say her office staff were wonderful, lovely, and kind. Dr. Kumari did not take me seriously, did not address my concerns and told me that all my weakness, nerve pain and cognitive problems were coming from "leaning on my desk". She walked out without even bothering to show me out or give me direction to where else I could get help. Her bedside manner is horrible, it was obvious she had no compassion for my pain. I regret ever going to her and I would not recommend anyone to ever go to her."
"If I could leave a negative stars I would. First visit today. She did not listen to one word I said. She was extremely RUDE, telling me my symptoms from my concussion were not due to the concussion but because I am old. She told me I’m getting up in age (at 46) and need to see an eye dr because I need bifocals. I do not!! Then proceeded to tell me I need anxiety medication. I do not. Never listen to me about my medication allergies. Wants me to get an MRI. I explained I need an open MRI. Was told by staff “good luck with that because they’re aren’t any around here anymore.” This visit was a complete waste of time. Even a bus driver came in to see when a patient was going to be done so he could make arrangements to come back. Staff told him “we don’t have a crystal ball” and wouldn’t answer him. This was the worst experience with the rudest people. I even called my insurance and reported the experience."
"The worse doctor ever. Not getting the answers. She keeps wanting to give me meds or shots an that's not solving anything at all. She just wants the money an doesn't care about the patiences at all. I'd give her a zero if I could"
