"My son was extremely sick and needed a nebulizer very quickly, I called them first thing in the morning and they worked quickly with the insurance and authorizations, couple bumps but by 5 PM they had someone at my house with equipment, packets of information and everything needed, the lady was the absolute sweetest and kindest occupational therapist."
"This is a company who does not have the customers best interest at heart. I became a patient for cpap and within a week i realized that the machine whistled too loudly for me to use. I have used a cpap machine for the last 10 years of my life and have never had any issues with equipment. They refused to refund the portion of my initial payment for the machine itself. Not to mention that i had to purchase a new hose and water chamber for the new machine and even though i think its wrong to not be fully refunded for all of it, I was willing to eat those parts of the payment. Ill not do any business whatsoever with them from here forward and Ill suggest for others to stay far far away."

"Your company is an absolute joke. Your billing department is abysmal. How can you have someone call at opening time and keep them on hold until after closing and never have anyone answer the phone. You were left a bad review and gave a response with a number to call. I was told they couldn’t help and I’d have to wait for billing. They still haven’t called me back and it’s been 3 days. Is that What you all consider customer service? I specifically asked to be called because I have an out of town doctor appointment today and on my way out the door your rep is there to pick up my equipment. The equipment I no longer want because of your horrible billing practices and absolutely horrible customer service. I’m changing to a different company because you are a pack of clowns. You should maybe let the left hand know what the right one is doing. I hope no one ever uses your company because I’m being charged for things I don’t owe because your billing is the worst I’ve ever seen. You all refunded me $80 but you still owe me $258 more. I’m ecstatic that my new health insurance isn’t accepted by you. That was the main reason for choosing it. You’ve lost y business for life and I know in the grand scheme that isn’t much but I’ll be sure to let anyone who asks just how customer oriented you’re not.*****updating to your reply **** I’m on hold now with my THIRD call to this number. The first 2 calls weren’t resolved. Let’s Hope this one works. I’ll update when the call is complete. Finally spoke with billing and worked most of the issues out. It’s pathetic that I had to call your customer support 3 times and go full Karen before anything was addressed. Even though my issue is now solved, you should still feel ashamed at your lack of customer service."
"Absolute WORST company I’ve EVER dealt with! Nothing but headaches from the first moment. I could write an entire page of all the ridiculousness we encountered, but the final straw was when they finally picked up their equipment, they sped through my driveway, then proceeded to drive up ONTO my side porch and through my landscaping! Most unprofessional and disrespectful drivers I’ve ever seen!"
