"I made an appointment for there waited a couple of months. Left work early I work in a doctors office myself. The doctors office I work for is nice enough to give a couple of min. I told this doctors office I’d be 2 min over and they said nope reschedule. It’s hard to take days off at work. This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever seen! They don’t give you a few min over your appointment time like most doctors office if something comes up."

"After reading the negative result on this page I felt I needed to respond with my own review. My family all see Dr. Etzel and we are very pleased with her and her staff. She has always taken time to listen and then time to talk and work things out for what she feels will be the best treatment for any ailments/problems we have. My husband and college aged daughter also feel very confident and comfortable with Dr. Etzel as their physician. Her staff has always been very kind and caring as well. We actually were afraid our insurance was going to change and we wouldn't be able to have Dr. Etzel as our family physician but thankfully it's all working out and we won't have to make any changes. I know not everyone can be blessed to have a good doctor who truly cares and wants to help but we are thankful for the care we get from Dr. Etzel and her staff."
