"Dr. Cooper permanently scarred my face using a laser treatment to target my rosacea. I had blisters to the point of embarrassment that kept me from returning to work and never got one call from her to try and explain or apologize. At the end of the treatment she told me she knew I would blister because of whiteness she saw during the treatment, but continued to laser my entire face at the same level despite seeing this. They gave me all my money back but now I have permanent scarring on both cheeks. My face looked better before I ever walked through the door. Would never trust this place for anything now."
"I was told they have something completely different for my spider veins, I brought all my records to insure that and after it all didn’t work, thousands of dollars later, found out they were using the same thing I had used on record before. She said she had not looked at the records when she told me she had something different for me to try. ??? The laser hair removal experience also was unsuccessful. I described each time where I needed the hair removed, and certain areas were not touched. Nice people, but Not effective."
