"Staff took me back to lab area.staff very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Gave me 32oz of liquid to drink, checked on me several times. In45min took me to CT area, did 1st scan having me hold my breath a few times, then explained adding contrast to IV line. Repeated instructions to hold breath a few times. Done. Staff was very pleasant and professional,told me exactly what was happening. Took about 1hr start to finish."

"I was at the New Albany location for a routine CT scan. They met me at the front door, walked me to registration which only took a couple of minutes. Directions to imaging were simple and they had me in for preparation in no time. Everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. The testing was quick and I was on my way within minutes. It’s a clean and bright facility and I like going to the satellite location rather than driving all the way in to the campus/ 315 primary facility."

"The care was fine- the nurse, doctor and radiologist were all professional and kind. Logistics were a mess. I scheduled my appointment online, and went through each of the steps, completing the requested information and indicated I needed an X-ray. I was given a selection of four or five locations, and chose the one closest to me. After scheduling I missed a call from the urgent care location I chose, and in the voicemail they stated that they were unable to do x-rays at that location so they could not see me. (Why did this location pop up in the selection when they don’t offer the care/service I selected?) They did not leave a callback number yet they said in the message to call them. So I called the number, that the call came from, only to hear an automated message that they do not answer the phones at that location. ??? But I was unable to cancel online. So I guess that appointment would have been considered a no-show. So, warning number one: do not pay your co-pay online ahead of time (thankfully I did not). I went back to the website and scheduled another appointment for a different location. I scheduled for 11:20 am. I got a confirmation (on screen and in email) that said arrive at 11:05 for pre-registration. I arrived at 11:05 for pre-registration, even though I had already done it online. However, I was told it would be at least an hour wait, Despite scheduling online. I understand that managing patient care can be unpredictable and timelines might not be exact, but there was no language indicating that this was a tentatively scheduled appointment time. Had I known the scheduled time didn’t matter, I would have just gone straight there when I woke up instead of waiting for what I thought was a scheduled appointment time. I ended up being there for about 2 1/2 hours in total. So warning, number two: Do not trust your scheduled appointment time. If you need urgent care, just go as early as possible and expect to wait a long time like you would at any other urgent care. Maybe instead of allowing users to select an appointment time, and providing them an exact arrival time, they should simply provide an estimated wait time on the website like nationwide children’s hospital’s urgent cares do. That that would allow people to make more informed decisions."

"Excellent facility. Very clean and staffed with caring people. I was impressed when I was offered an extra gown to cover the open back of the first one. Quite considerate. Process is noisy but they provide earplugs. Everyone made me as comfortable as possible. Thank you."

"Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, genuinely concerned, and attentive. Highly impressed! At no time did I feel like I was "just another patient" or a number. A true sense of concern and compassion for the patient existed during the entire visit. I look forward to my follow-up visit in a few days."
