"Dr. Palermo let a student do my gall bladder surgery and didnt tell me until after. then he completely bullied me and my works personnel dept. by refusing to fill out the light duty paperwork properly which forced me on disability. then he refused to fill out the disability paperwork at all. I was then left off work without pay. I was lucky I didn't get terminated due to his refusal to submit paperwork to my employer. he is a terrible man and shouldn't be practicing medicine, in my opinion."
