"I was incredibly pleased with the service I received today. The gentleman that picked me up, explained everything to me and got me to my appointment early! It was great! I was done early, and the company arranged for a person to meet me early as well. This driver also was incredibly profession and kind. I was unable to speak because of surgery and that was fine, he was told me everything I needed to know and off we went. You could not ask for a more pleasant experience. It’s rare in this day and age to find ANYONE, let alone an entire company, of people who care and do their jobs exactly as you would hope. Plus customer service is incredibly hard, particularly if you are taking people to doctor visits and medical procedures. But these folks make it seem easy. I could not be happier with the service! FIVE STARS!"

"My appointment was at 9 am. Transportation said they would pick me up at 630 am. 645 am rolls around and no call from them so I called them and then was an excuse was made that the roads were bad and they would pick me up 30 minutes from 645 am. They did not get me to my appointment until almost 10 am. The rude driver Lisa upon getting out of the van at my dr office said if you're not ready by the time I get back to your dr office I'm leaving you. The nerve of her. She couldn't not apologize for for getting me to the Dr late but could say something rude."

"If I could Rate them a zero I would. I unfortunately have to use them multiple times a week through my insurance. They are always late. Sometimes they never even show up or call to say they aren't coming. When you call the office the main lady working there is so rude she will get nasty and even hang up on you. They are insurance fraud. They have you sign both spots when you get in they have you sign for the return ride and then don't even show back y Up to return you home. One time my pick up time was 145 to return home they didn't get there until 6pm. The lady hot nasty and said we aren't a cab service we get you when we can. Then when it's on them and they don't show up they tell insurance you was a no call no show or still bill tgem."

"Today was my third time riding with TransMart..Two previous rides were very friendly and accommodating and they waited for me. Today my driver Lisa left me at my appointment without calling to let me know or seeing what was going on. I’m pregnant with twins ,sick and everything else I felt like that was very unprofessional!"

"Do not waste your time booking a appointment. They called me and I confirmed the appointment. No- one showed up. So after pleading with my health-care provider to reschedule for next day. Wow, They did not show up for that one either. After guaranteeing me the night before that they would be there. When I called to see were they were at . they seen it was me calling, and did not answer. I will never call them again. I will take my business elsewhere, And I encourage others to do the same"
