"Needs more diversity. Management shows they don't work(or hire) people of color or immigrants often on this side of the U.S. If you want to be a phlebotomist at the ARC ,you have to understand that you should have no life to be working here."
"Worst place to donate. 3 times I have made appointments here and three times they have canceled on the same day with little to no notice at all. No emails no text or phone calls. When I complain to the National chapter they simply say Oh were sorry to hear that and do nothing at all. I drive 30 minutes to this location and use my gas to try and do my part to help people and this is what you get."
"My daughter was scheduled for donating her own blood for an upcoming hip surgery. They called less than three hours before the donation time to cancel. We rescheduled, and they canceled the same day of donation AGAIN. Thanks to their unit in Morgantown being unavailable for us and other units being a several hour drive away, we have now run out of time for donating blood to have on stand by for the surgery. When I ask what is wrong, I'm told staffing shortage and staff calling in. Horrible experience effecting our daughter's surgery plans and possibly outcome."
