Services Offered:
- Buprenorphine (Rx) Program: This program helps those seeking opioid addiction treatment by reducing withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Our medical staff provides thorough assessments and individualized treatment plans.
- SUBLOCADE: An extended-release formulation of buprenorphine, a partial opioid agonist. It helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms while providing a ceiling effect that lowers the risk of overdose. It is administered as a subcutaneous injection once a month.
- Long-Acting Buprenorphine Formulations: Similar to SUBLOCADE, these formulations are designed for long-acting use to support recovery from opioid addiction. They are typically administered as subcutaneous injections, with dosing frequency varying based on the specific formulation (weekly, biweekly, and monthly).
- VIVITROL: An extended-release injectable form of naltrexone used to prevent relapse in individuals who have already detoxified from opioids. Naltrexone is an opioid antagonist that blocks the effects of opioids and reduces cravings. It is given as an intramuscular injection once a month.

Reviews
"Staff is excellent and friendly. I don’t feel judged when I go there. I go to the bridgeville office and they are great. Would highly recommend them if you’re looking to get clean and start treatment"
"I love the office and all the girls here!! They made it so easy for me to get help, especially since it was my first time asking!"
"I love the office and all the ladies there. They are wonderful and so is the doc. Everyone has been very kind and considerate and very professional. The only negative thing I have to say is that the care manager Ally, who handed me her card at my first appointment, when the office moved to the new location in Bridgeville, yet never really introduced herself just said call or text me if you have any problems or need anything at all. Well at my last appointment I was going away for vacation with my son and my prescription forgot to be called in the day before I was flying out. I called and texted her explaining that I needed to know if I had to change my flight times since I was flying out at 6am and the pharmacy wasn't open 24 7. My pharmacy ended up sending a refill request and got it fixed for me but I never heard a word from Ally. I just thought that was not very professional at all. I did call the 800 number and they said they sent a request to the office which I also think is kinda silly that we can't call our offices directly when we need to. Other than those two things I have had a pretty good experience with this practice."
"Offices are nice people but I called the 800# for help cause my prescription needed sent somewhere else and on the 4th day in a row I had to call cause they never sent it, Doreen(the supervisor) got on the phone and was the most inconsiderate, rude lady I've talked to. I been out of medicine for days and this lady wants to yell at me cause I'm upset about being sick and possibly relapsing. She said we won't call it in at all and then called me a junkie as she was putting me on hold. Actually, at the moment I'm still on hold cause she's keeping me as long as she can. People like this should NEVER work where u need compassion and understanding and u shouldn't want your patients yelled at and talked down to"
"Very nice staff; kind, caring and respectful. You're in and out in no time and I would say an overall excellent clinic. I've been going to Crossroads for a few years and up till May of this year the doctors were excellent. I went to treatment for 4 months for alcohol and when I went back a new doctor was on board. Previous doctor was awesome. The new doctor isn't for me. I'll leave it at that. I'm choosing to go to another clinic after last night's appointment. Overall it HAD BEEN a great experience."
