"I had no issue with my experience, the staff were very friendly. I rated it 3 stars because I’ve seen a Torrid Clearance store and this is not it. You used to walk in and the ENTIRE STORE was 80% off. This store is a regular store in the front with regular priced items. I’d say the other half is clearance; however, it’s only an extra 25% off. Torrid can do better and this shell of a clearance store. Save your money and time. There’s better clearance opportunities at your local store like BOGO free."

"When they have a sale it's a great deal! When stuff is at its normal mark up it's crazy expensive. They usually have a lot of nice stuff. Wish they had something other than crop tops and skinny jeans but I suppose that's the style now."

"I went in to try to find a bra, they were definitely short staffed. The lady who is guarding The changing rooms was helping me find a bra. She helped me find several different choices to try on and when done she told me that she was off duty. I turned around to go in the changing room and it was closed. I went to the manager who is running the cash register, and her response was there are only 2 of us here now, and it can't be open right now. Seriously... I even waited 10 minutes to get into the store. I went down the road a little ways to Maurice. There was only one person in there, it was a manager so I asked her if it was OK that I try on some clothes. Her response was sure, but I might not be able to help you right away. I don't care if it's a store policy or not when person has customer service skills it shows. While the other person was totally lacking in their job. The manager at Torrid didn't even say sorry."
