Early Intervention - Part of PathWays is dedicated to supporting families and their young children during the critical early years of development. Located at 289 North Ave, Washington, PA 15301, our mission is to help infants and toddlers with special needs thrive by providing comprehensive Early Intervention (EI) services at no cost to families.

Our Services:

- Physical Therapy: Our skilled physical therapists focus on developing large muscle groups to help your child learn essential movements such as rolling over, sitting, crawling, and walking.

- Speech-Language Therapy: Our speech-language pathologists work on building a strong foundation for language development and communication. We also offer feeding and swallowing therapies.

- Special Education: Certified teachers for the deaf, hard of hearing, and visually impaired provide specialized support to help children achieve greater independence.

- Nutritional Support: Registered dietitians address feeding issues and dietary needs, offering consultations to parents to ensure their children receive proper nutrition.

Getting Started:

To begin, contact one of our service coordination offices based on your county of residence. Our team will assist you in setting up an Early Intervention evaluation, which can be conducted at your home or via teletherapy. After the evaluation, if your child qualifies for EI services, we will help you create an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). This customized plan outlines the best services for your child, including the frequency and duration of these services.
