"Terrible !! I used to go there all the time. Tonight. I’ve never been treated so bad and made to feel like my back pain wasn’t important or that I was in real pain. They let me leave when I was crying in pain I can’t even walk bc I’m in so much pain. I was told there are people having heart attacks and strokes I sat there for 2 and a half hours with no pain meds. Then when I finally did get meds they didn’t even help and still discharged me with tears running down my face. Told them my pain level was a 10 and they said well there isn’t much else we can do for pain management. The nurse made me feel like my pain wasn’t important. And the doctor laughed in my face. I will NEVER RETURN ! I truly couldn’t believe the way I was being treated! I’ve never been treated so poorly from hospital staff ever in my whole 30 years of life or my kids life! Don’t go there unless you want to be dismissed and made to feel like I was nothing but a bother to them!"
"Dr. Tyler is new I was informed. Rushed to discharge me before I could even finish one Lacted ringer. His nurse left the discharge papers on my bed nobody felt the need to go over any test results with me or recheck my labs. Went home feeling slightly less worse than I went in really disappointing."
"I gave them one star only because I couldn't go any lower. I went in with heaviness in my chest and nausea. They took off my coat, drew blood, and put me on a heart mo nitor. I requested a warm blanket because I was shivering. The nurse asked a young man to get me a blanket. I never saw him again. Xray came in took pictures then the xray tech was nice enough to get me a warm blanket. The doctor came in and asked me a slew of questions. He said all tests were negative suggested I follow up with my family dr. He left, never saw him again. Nurse came in gave me aspirin and nausea medicine. After 20 minutes I called the nurse and a lady told me she would send her in.We waited another 15 minutes then we unhooked my heart machine so my machine flatlined no one came or called. My wife, a nurse, went into the hallway and three people sat at the nurses station paid no attention. My wife came back in and removed my IV. On the way out a man demanded to see my arm to see the IV site. He said ER was very busy but afforded no explanation as to why three people sat at the nurses station and did nothing when my heart monitor flatlined. Piss pour service."
"I am so thankful for the St.Ritas team for saving my life. I was in a coma for 4 days & they treated me so well & one of the nurses french braided my hair for me while I was unconscious but I didn’t get their name, I also want to give a huge shout out to the nurse Hannah Baker/Sullivan, she was by far the best nurse I have ever had, I woke up confused & panicking & she calmed me down & got me to stay. I was so lucky to have her as my nurse. & thank you to all the other nurses who were so helpful for the 6 days I was there. You all are very much appreciated!"
"We had to take my 15 month old daughter to the ER last night. My husband and I were scared and this was her first ER trip and she was scared, too. The RN that saw us, Zack, was so kind and attentive to us as parents, and more importantly to our daughter. He even brought her in a teddy bear to help soothe her. We also a radiologist (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) that gave her stickers after her x-ray and walked us back to our room. We also saw Joe, the Nurse Practitioner, who explained things extremely well and laid out options while we were figuring out what was wrong. He was calm, kind, and patient with her and brought her a popsicle - he ended the night thanking us for letting him treat her, but really we cannot thank the entire St. Rita's team enough for taking care of our baby girl! We hope we don't have to be back any time soon (ever, really!) but if we do we know our girl is in great hands. ♥️"
