"Really disappointed. First time I went for food and contact allergy testing, the doctor was late (nurses had to call him to see where he was at) and he seemed very disinterested in hearing my backstory and struggles for the past 7 years. He was very matter of fact and impersonal. He only told me 2 of the 4 things I am allergic to. I had to ask the receptionist to make a copy of my results and I found the other things myself. The follow up appointment, the doctor was 30 minutes late and the nurses said it had been getting more common that he forgets to show up. They again had to call him to see if he was coming. When he did, he made me wait 10 more minutes for another test (he went to see another patient in the meantime) because my allergies hadn’t improved with the suggestions given the first visit. This test lasted not even one minute, was over $200 and its results weren’t anything new than what I had been trying to tell him in the first place. I was to receive allergy shots after that appointment and the doctor said they’d be in in a few days. I waited and no word. I called 2 weeks after that appointment and the receptionist told me she didn’t know if my vials came in and to call back later. I didn’t call back because they should care more about their patients. They should have offered to find out and call me back. I never received a call to let me know if they were in. Discouraged, frustrated and mad because I spent lots of time, energy and money and I’m still not any better. —- Update: I was charged for the vials they ordered but never gave me. When I called to dispute the charge, they advised they do not make appointments for allergy shots - we are supposed to just come in whenever. Never heard of doing that. But, in any case, how was I to know my vials even came in if they were being ordered? Would’ve appreciated a courtesy call."
