"I’ve been on a maintenance program for my addiction. Over the past year I weened myself completely off. During that time at the clinic I had 6 different counselors, I probably had 10 (that’s being generous) therapy sessions even though the state requires 2.5 hrs a month. I was the ideal client, I did everything I was suppose to on my own, with very little help from them. When I went and told them I wanted to be successfully discharged, they didn’t know how. What does that say about the program they run? It took 3 counselors and the prescribing Dr. to figure it out. I made the comment to them that it seemed strange huh? Couldn’t be the way the program was initially put together huh? What do I mean you ask? Well they are all privately owned, so they only make money when someone is going there and stuck. So they make the counselors jobs impossible, impossible client loads, impossible to use medical logging systems, impossible to meet counseling demands. And who suffers? The client. So they stay, they don’t ever get better. And if you’re using, they just increase. There is no getting kicked out. How does that help? That’s not to say the counselors don’t wanna help, they CAN NOT. They don’t have the time with the caseload they are required to do."

"Best clinic in the area by far. Clean, accomodating,and staff genuinely cares about your well being. My only complaint is with staff turnover due to employees finding better opportunities. Some of us have a difficult time opening up to and trusting counselors, so frequent changes make it tough; however, when my last counselor Don C. (who was a superstar) left, I got assigned to new counselor Sierra, and she has been wonderful. Very easy to talk to, accomodating and cares about her clients. I highy recommend this clinic for anyone considering a MAT provider."

"Ive been a patient here for awhile. Ive had a few counselors along the way. My newest counselor is Chris. He has been amazing. I have horrible Social anxiety so having a counselor that makes me feel comfortable and safe enough to open up is a very rare occurance and I feel blessed. He is very easy to talk to. Hands down the best counselor Ive ever had."

"I have been a patient at 2 other facilities before becoming a patient here when it was still Echo. I tell anyone that complains about this facility to go try another and you wont be able to get back to MedMark fast enough. Cindy at the front desk is amazing. If she is capable of helping you with an issue she will or she will find someone who can. I honestly can not say enough about her. The rules have changed a little since MedMark took over. Some I dont mind. Some I dont care for. I believe any personally owned clinic, like Echo was, will always be more personable. There is no judgment here. You're treated with respect at all times. This is the first clinic Ive been to where I didnt feel like just a number. These people truly care about you and your recovery. They will do anything they can to help you along the way. P.s. If anyone from medmark actually reads this, Cindy deserves a raise. That woman is truly amazing and youre lucky to have her as an employee."
