"I like Dr Schrickel, he is a great doctor. But I called to make an appointment and had new insurance, the woman that answered the phone must have been new because I didn't recognize her. I told her that with my insurance, they would have to call to verify the benefits. She tells that they don't do that!?! I've never heard of a doctor's office not verifying coverage. I simply decided that I will no longer be a patient here."
