Reviews
"Unethical and Unprofessional This CSL Plasma at Olney Ave is a disgrace to the healthcare system in America. The staff, particularly two phlebotomists, were shockingly unethical. One male phlebotomist was visibly upset when I refused to let him handle my donation after hearing he had intentionally hurt another donor with a needle and said “that what you get” to the donor. The female phlebotomist then misgendered me and threatened to defer me when I corrected her. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any healthcare setting, where patient safety and respect should be the top priorities. It's appalling that such unprofessionalism is allowed in a place responsible for handling people's health. Avoid this place at all costs."
"Every time I have gone the staff has been very kind and I love seeing them joke around with the people who come in I have always had a great experience and leave smiling"
"Literally go to any other center but this one! They claim that the first time donor process will be no longer than 3 hours. I’ve been here since 2, it’s 7:30 right now and the building is actually closed and it still isn’t finished. The staff take their time and sit around laughing a lot of the time rather than doing their jobs. They only have two people checking vitals and they take more than 10 minutes with each person which causes the line to get extremely long. By the time you are seen whatever food of whatever you prepared with is gone out of your system and you’re hungry all over again. i’ve donated plasma at other centers like biolife and recommended if anyone would just go there. this is my first time visiting a csl plasma center and i surely won’t be back."
"Most of the staff are friendly. Managers are terrible. They are liars. They promise you a lot to get you, and then they go back on their words and as a result you don't get the money you should have received as indicated on the website."
