Honestly I just never had anything to compare it to - for convenience, last year I went to another location for service and ended up paying $600+ more than what I spend here and the service was lackluster. "I usually go to Walmart for my eye glasses, and exams however my insurance changed after I was married, and had to find a new place. I had appointments with several places, and when I called to verify my new insurance, I found they didn’t accept it. However , when I called the eye gallery, a soft voice answered the phone and to my surprise stated they did accept my insurance. She set me up with an appointment and told me what to expect as a first visit with them. When I first arrived the day of my appointment I was greeted with a smile from everyone. The lady working check in immediately acknowledged me and assisted me with signing in. From the eye exam to check out with glasses. It was the easiest appointment ever! Usually when it comes to picking out glasses , I can be ….. stubborn! I was introduced to Scott, who I told what I prefer for my frame type, and he came back with 5/6 pairs to try! One pair stood out to me most, and ended up settling with them. Scott understood what I wanted and he delivered. Everyone is absolutely amazing there. All smiles. All willing to help you. And all are listening! So happy I was able to get in with them!"
