"They're making about $12,000 per donation... can't even give you $100"
"The staff is incredibly nice. The only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars and not anything higher is simply because of CSL's policy of letting new donors skip the lines to go in front. This is a policy that wasn't around when I first started donating plasma a few years ago. In fact, during my first visit, they were EXTREMELY busy and backed up and I must have been there for just about 5 or so hours. So please understand my issue with this *newer* policy of letting new donors line jump... I think they should either deactivate that terrible policy or grant it to their old donors one time, for the one time they didn't get that same privilege. Honestly, I must have walked out of CSL plasma on at least 4 different occasions when I witnessed a new line jump ahead of myself and everyone else, in spite of how long we were waiting and despite the fact that I never had that same opportunity. Please CSL corporate, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT RIDICULOUS RULE!"

"Amazing staff, only one complaint. Marie that works the lobby area has horrible customer service. Every time I see her for vitals she has an attitude for no reason very unprofessional. If not for her, 5 stars forsure."
